As students of English, we would all agree that we share some general features.
Keep scrolling to see the one you agree with;
1. We're always prim and proper. I've never met a student of English that didn't look neat and appropriately dressed for the occasion.
Is that also included in our course description because I don't understand??
2. Have you ever been in a room, and you just know that you'll get the job, or position or win the competition?
Why? Just because of the way you speak. Yes, you have content, but this English can also perform wonders if you know how to use it.
3. If you didn't attend the last WESTCOSELS, you won't understand what I'm talking about.
Head on to the NASELS Southwest Instagram page to feed your eyes with beauty.
4. This is on period. I've never met a student of English that didn't ooze class, grace and intellect.
5. You would agree with me that we get served very nicely. In English, if you don't study, you can't pass.
It's a rule of thumbs! Good luck to all NASELSITES writing their exams during this period. I hope you get nicely served.
And, that's it. Which one do you agree with?
If you have more features that are common to students of English, irrespective of chapter, let's hear it in the comment section.

ReplyDeleteWow. This is just what it is. A reflection of our struggles and lifestyle. We are great.
ReplyDeleteOne needs two hearts before one studies English; the first heart is meant for withstanding the academic hardship brought by the course, and the other heart should be put on standby for brokenness in case the 'breakfast' is ugly served. ✌️
