_OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY_
We celebrate and congratulate our fellow NASELSITEs, Comrade Olayiwola Folahan (Reform) and Comrade Ogunperi Taofeek (Tao), on their emergence as victors in the Great Ife Student's Union elections.
They won by the majority and emerged as the distinguished President and Public Relations Officer of OAU, respectively.
They are known to be hardworking and reported to be deserving of this victory. In his congratulatory message to the president, the 8th regional director, Comr. Abd. Azeez Abd. Maleek, said:
"Most particularly, he is a student of English, a proud NASELSITE. Students of English are individuals with sound ideological background and sense of mental correctness and uprightness.
His ideology is definitely entrenched and woven on the basic principles and beautiful foresight that students of English have always been led with, which has birthed many progresses, developments and REFORMs. That runs in his DNA. "
This is a victory for all NASELSITEs and a cursor to the strength of our unity.
We wish both NASELSITEs a hearty congratulations and a fruitful and impactful stay in office.
