WATER

Odorless! Colorless! Tasteless! As it is defined.

There is much more to it, I say.

 

Full of life, it is.

You take it in, you are saved.

You do without it, lifeless you’ll be.

Weaponized, can be a destructive instrument.

As life giving as it is,

Excessive forceful intake kills.

Capable of destroying, Capable of molding.

Capable of healing, Capable of injuring

 

Can it be stopped or captured? I ask

Always creating its own way, no matter the restriction.

Even the destructive Sir Fire fears for his life,

At the presence of his greatest conqueror.

He vanishes, the moment there is a contact.

 

Can there truly truly be a perfect definition?

The universe is sustained by you.

All living creatures cannot independently be alive without you.

Even the nonliving has you as its foundation.

 

Without controversy, I say,

The Great One who made you,

Made you indeed perfect.
